California on March 16-18, 2023, at the Westin-Sheraton Carlsbad Resort.
We are excited to, once again, host an IN-PERSON ISMF Conference with our signature hands-on workshops for Sports Medicine Fellows.
The ISMF Conference provides a rare opportunity for fellows to enhance their knowledge of orthopaedic sports medicine through a variety
of lectures, case presentations, surgical demonstrations, and hands-on workshops.
We invite you to review the Exhibit & Sponsorship Opportunities
for the 2023 ISMF Conference. Your participation and support grants you
access to the largest gathering of current sports medicine fellows. It is only through industry support that we can offer this unique
learning opportunity to sports medicine fellows for a registration fee of $100.
Exhibit Booth
Exhibit includes:
- 6'x30" table-top exhibit draped & skirted
- 1 Company Personnel Registration (access to both courses)
- Recognition on course websites, final program, onsite signage, and slides
- One complimentary insert in attendee bags
Exhibit booth placement will be emailed in February. Please use the EXHIBITS Shipping Label to send exhibit materials for arrival on or after Monday, March 13.
Shipments may not be accepted by the hotel before March 13.

Bag Inserts
- Please send PDF proof of the insert to the course office no later than January 15. Please Note: Bag inserts cannot be larger than 8 1/2 x 11 with a 4-page maximum.
- Send 125 pieces IN ADVANCE to the Westin using the BAG INSERT shipping label.
Please note: inserts sent without the correct shipping label will not be included in the bags.
- Shipment must be received at the Westin-Sheraton by March 14. Please ship inserts separately from exhibit and workshop materials and insure they are labeled correctly.
- Email tracking information to the course office.
Registration
Please contact the course office to for the form to register complimentary representative (s) (varies by sponsorship level & meeting participation) and email it to the course office. Additional company personnel attending the course must register online.
