We are excited to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the ISMF Conference with our signature hands-on workshops for Sports Medicine Fellows.
The ISMF Conference provides a rare opportunity for fellows to enhance their knowledge of orthopaedic sports medicine through a variety
of lectures, case presentations, surgical demonstrations, and hands-on workshops.

Exhibit booth placement will be emailed in January. Please use the EXHIBITS Shipping Label to send exhibit materials for arrival on or after Monday, February 3.
Shipments may not be accepted by the hotel before February 3, 2025.

Please email your company logo as a high resolution .eps and a .jpg file to the course office no later than November 1, 2024.
Bag Inserts
- Please send PDF proof of the insert to the course office no later than November 1, 2024. Please Note: Bag inserts cannot be larger than 8 1/2 x 11 with a 4-page maximum.
- Send 150 pieces IN ADVANCE to the Westin using the BAG INSERT shipping label.
Please note inserts sent without the correct shipping label will not be included in the bags.
- Shipment must be received at the Westin-Sheraton by February 3. Please ship inserts separately from exhibit and workshop materials and ensure they are labeled correctly.
Registration
Please contact the course office to for the form to register complimentary representative (s) (varies by sponsorship level & meeting participation) and email it to the course office. Additional company personnel attending the course must register online.
