Room Rate & Payment Information

A room block has been reserved for ISMF at the Westin Carlsbad and at the Westin - Sheraton Carlsbad at a special room rate. Booking Deadline: March 1, 2023. Book early as rooms fill quickly.

Registrants may also call 1-833-489-4455 to reserve rooms over the phone. Please reference the International Sports Medicine Conference to receive the group rate.
*Please note the ISMF group rate includes a WAIVED resort fee and complimentary self-parking. Unfortunately, the hotel reservation system and confirmation email is unable to be customized to reflect this however, your final bill will reflect these accommodations.*

FELLOWS - Please note, fellows are responsible to make and pay for their own room reservations. Be sure to confirm you receive the group rate before completing your reservation.

FACULTY - We request that all faculty please complete their own hotel reservations before January 1, 2023 through the Westin - Sheraton Carlsbad Resort Reservation link for the ISMF Conference.

Transportation

Carlsbad is located between two airports; the San Diego International Airport (35 miles/45 minutes) and the John Wayne Orange County Airport (52 miles/60 minutes). Ground transportation will not be provided to and from the airport.
