A room block has been reserved for ISMF at the Westin Carlsbad at a special room rate of $289 per night.

There is a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival are subject to a charge, by the hotel, of 1 night room rate plus applicable tax.
*Please note the ISMF group rate includes a WAIVED resort fee and complimentary self-parking.
Unfortunately, the hotel reservation system and confirmation email is unable to be customized to reflect this, however,
your final bill will reflect these accommodations.*
FELLOWS - Please note, fellows are responsible to make and pay for their own room reservations.

FACULTY - We request that all faculty please complete their own hotel reservations before Friday, February 12, 2027 through the “Faculty” hotel reservation link emailed to you.

Sessions begin on the morning of Friday, March 19th and conclude after the Hands-On Lab at 1:30 pm Saturday, March 20th.
Transportation
Carlsbad is located between two airports: the San Diego International Airport (35 miles/45 minutes) and the John Wayne Orange County Airport (52 miles/60 minutes).
Ground transportation will not be provided to and from the airport.
