Dr. Farr sub-specialization in knee preservation early in his career with a focus on cartilage restoration and patellofemoral surgery. He participated in multiple pilot and pivotal clinical research trials. Currently, he retired from surgery in 2022, but remains active in non-operative knee preservation management with a focus on OrthoBiologics and interacts with industry through Jack Farr Consulting, LLC.
